It all began in elementary school when Erin and a friend decided to bake chocolate chip cookies together.
It was that initial bowl of batter that started Erin's baking buzz. She went on to attend York University,
George Brown School of Culinary Arts and Fanshawe College's School of Culinary Training.
She started out baking birthday cakes and hand rolling truffles for family and friends. Eventually, she added
cupcakes and cookies into the mix and sold them to paying customers. Now, The Dutchess of Dough
has created her very own custom sugar cookie company. She bakes cookies in all shapes and sizes,
pleasing even the fussiest of taste buds.
After discovering her own allergy to nuts, Erin was limited to the types of desserts she could eat. Today,
she bakes in a nut-free environment, enabling everyone to enjoy her cookies. She produces sweet, mouthwatering creations that are visual works of art.
The Dutchess of Dough will bake any cookie a customer requests, paying careful attention to detail and fulfilling every need.
